Why you should party with Palmer's

 A Palmer's Gymnastics Birthday Party combines a safe, state of the art facility and highly trained instructors, with the fun and flexibility of a structured birthday celebration! A Palmer's Gymnastics Birthday Party is a fun and unique way for any child to celebrate their special day with friends and family. Each child will have the opportunity to experience a variety of activities including some of the following: rope climbing, obstacle course, parachute play, in-ground foam pit, balance beams, trampoline, Tumbl Trak and much more! The gymnastics portion of the party is designed to cater to the age of the birthday child.

* Parties should be booked 4 - 6 weeks in advance!
Please contact our office for available party days and times.

AGES

Boys and Girls, 6 Years and older (on their own)

Children ages 5 and under may participate but must be accompanied by a parent!

 

WE PROVIDE

  • 2 hours of pure birthday enjoyment!!!

  • Gold medal for the birthday child

  • Safe and clean environment

  • All setup and clean up of party area

  • Friendly & professional instruction

  • Seating for all your guests

  • Invitations with map and waiver (each participant is required to have a signed waiver on the day of the party)

  • Refrigerator/freezer for storage of food and drinks (drop off 1 day before party in addition to all your decorations)

  • Fun, Fun, Fun
     

YOU PROVIDE

  • The kids (with signed waivers included on all invitations)

  • Food, desserts & drinks

  • Decorations (please... No confetti or silly string)

  • Partyware (silverware & paper products)(Please, NO glassware)

  • Tablecloths (2-3 banquet-size tables)

  • Party Favors (optional)

  • Camera​

WHAT TO WEAR

The children should wear comfortable gym clothes, ie: shorts, t-shirts or leotards. Please no jeans or clothes with buckles or zippers.

 

MORE INFORMATION

  • A non-refundable $50 deposit and signed party agreement is required at the time of booking. Parties can be booked by calling (630) 351-8330.

  • The final headcount and remaining balance must be paid 5 days before the day of the party.

  • All parties start and stop promptly at the scheduled times.

  • Families may arrive no more than 10 minutes before the scheduled party start time. All participants must exit the facility within 15 minutes of the scheduled party end time. We sometimes have multiple parties that run back to back and our instructors need time to set up for the next group. Thanks for understanding.

  • The minimum age to participate is 6 yrs. Children under 5 years old may participate but must  be accompanied by an adult

  • Adult guests will be allowed onto the gym floor to view and take photos, but MAY NOT participate in gym activities
